 동송읍회 하계 가족 수련회 
(사)한농연 철원군 동송읍회(회장 신상봉) 하계 가족수련회가 2004년 7월 16일 동송읍 상노리소재 담터계곡 오토 캠프장에서 굵은 장대비가오는가운데에서도 내빈 및 회원100여명이 참석한 가운데 개최 되었다.
비가와 회원들의 참여도가 낮으리라 예상했지만 한명 한명 참석한 회원들의 서로 인사를 나눔과 행사준비와 부인회원들의 정성이 뜸뿍 담긴 손맛으로 음식을 만든 것을보니 한깟 기우였음을 알 수 있었다.
친선족구대회가 수중전에서 이루어졌음에도 불구하고 회원 상호간의 존중과 예의로 화기 하게 진행되어 저번달 군 체육대회에서 동송읍회가 결승전에 그냥 올라간 것이 아님을 알게 되었다.
전직 회장님을 비롯한 현 임원진들의 비를 맞으면서도 회원들을 챙김에 오늘 보다도 한층 더 발전하는 동송읍회가 되리라 기대해본다.
