모든 것이 물론 비가 많이 와서 홍수가 된 것도 인정합니다만 인위적으로 개발로 인한 홍수피해는 과연 누가 책임지는 것이냐 하는 겁니다.

그래서 어떤 대책을 세워야 되지 않냐는 생각이 들어가는데 지금 국장님께서는 어떻게 생각하시는지 지금 현재 물이 하수구로 빠지는 구멍을 만들어 놓기는 했습니다만 그 위부터 근본적으로 시설이 안되 있어서 전부 도로로 넘어서 농경지로 침수되는 그러한 형태로 되어있습니다.
현재는 거기가 선일금고가 들어가 있습니다.
