김만용이장의 한탄강댐건설 결사 반대 의지가 하늘을 찌른다.

댐이 강행 된다면 TNT를 몸에 묶고 수자원과 건교부를 박살 내겠다고 한다.

관내 불우이웃이나 독거노인을 위해 김장 봉사와, 불우학생 
1일 엄마되어주기 등 왕성한 사회봉사활동을 하고 있는 
축협가족들로 뭉친 이애숙 한우리 부녀회회장과 회원들이 
1일 단식 농성에 참여해 한탄강댐 결사 반대를 외치고 있다. 
이애숙회장은 "댐 건설을 강행한다면 짐승하고 친구 하라고 
수자원공사와 건교부마당에 젖소와 한우, 돼지등 짐승을 풀어 
놓겠다"고 어름장을 놓고 있다.

도 시·군의회의장협의회는 8일 이건실 회장을 비롯한 13개 시·군의장들이 
참석한 가운데 원주시의회에서 제75차 의장협의회를 열어 한탄강댐 백지화를 
촉구하는 건의서를 채택하고 적극 대처키로 결의했다.

이건실시·군의장협의회장(춘천시의장)은 9일 낮12시 한탄강댐 
반대 상설농성장인 승일교광장 천막농성장을 방문, 한탄강댐 건설 백지화 
촉구를 위해 시·군의원 190명이 서명한 건의문을 장진혁한탄강댐건설반대 
철원군협의회장(철원군의장)에게 전달하고 군대책위관계자들을 격려했다. 

　이건실회장은 이날 “원칙과 상식이 철저히 배제된 채 추진되는 
한탄강댐 건설 백지화를 위해 단식투쟁하는 동료의원들을 대하니 
서글픈 마음이 앞선다”며 “철원군민들과 마찬가지로 도내 시·군의원들이 
합심단결해 한탄강댐 건설을 백지화하는데 역량을 모아 나가겠다”고 밝혔다. 

　장진혁군대책위원장 등 군대책위원들은 오는 17일 오후4시 건교부장관실에서 
열리는 최종찬장관과의 간담회에서 이날 접수된 건의서를 전달하고 청와대, 
국회, 국방부, 환경부, 수자원공사 등에도 보낼 예정이다.
