 한탄강댐 건설 반대 재점화 철원투쟁위 "수공 레포츠 축제 협찬 주민 분열 행위" 한탄강댐건설반대 철원군투쟁위원회가 최근 불거진 '한국수자원공사의 2007한탄강레포츠축제 협찬' 문제(본지 지난 23일자 22면 보도)와 관련, 강력 대응에 나설 것으로 보여 '한탄강댐 건설반대'운동이 재점화 될 전망이다. 투쟁위는 2007한탄강레포츠축제의 한 행사를 주최하는 사회단체가 수자원공사로부터 협찬을 받은 것이 알려지면서 성명서를 통해 '수자원공사는 주민분열 공작을 즉각 중단 할 것'을 촉구하고 "막대한 혈세를 탕진해서 국토를 파괴하고 개발부서와 개발업자를 이롭게 하는데 앞장서고 있는 건설교통부와 수자원공사의 만행을 절대 묵과하지 않을 것"이라고 밝혔다. 투쟁위 관계자는 "감사원을 우스갯거리로 만들고, 국무총리실도 들러리로 만들어 버린 건설교통부와 수자원공사는 잘못된 한탄강댐 건설계획을 입안한다고 혈세를 낭비하고, 그 문제를 밝히기 위해 혈세를 낭비하고, 새로운 조사를 한답시고 혈세를 낭비하고, 감사결과와 조사결과를 뒤집기 위해 또 혈세를 낭비했다"며 "진실의 회복과 한탄강을 지키기 위해 추호의 흔들림도 없이 끝까지 싸워 반드시 승리하겠다"고 말했다. 이처럼 '한국수자원공사의 2007한탄강레포츠축제 협찬'사태에 대해 투쟁위는 "경위를 철저히 밝히는 한편 결코 좌시하지 않겠다"는 입장을 천명, 지난 4월 승일공원에서 막을 내리며 111일간 계속된 한탄강댐 반대 마을별 릴레이 농성이후 법정공방에만 치중했던 투쟁이 다시 본격화 될 것으로 예상된다. 한탄강건설반대공동투쟁위도 내달 2일 경기 연천에서 한탄강댐반대 집회를 개최하기로 했다. 특히 한탄강댐 건설을 추진하는 수자원 공사가 거액을 협찬하면서 한탄강레포츠축제 행사장을 마치 수자원공사 홍보장으로 꾸미는 바람에 지난 8년여 동안 한탄강댐건설을 반대하고 있는 철원군민들의 반감을 증폭 시켰다. 투쟁위측은 지난 22일 레포츠축제 행사장과 도로에 걸려 있는 수자원공사 홍보시설물을 '한탄강댐반대' 내용물로 교체하는 등 즉각 대응에 나서는 한편 지역의 여론을 수렴, 유관기관단체와 연계해 본격적인 행동에 나설 계획이다. 철원/김용식 yskim@kado.net 기사입력일 : 2007-07-25 21:15  pay day loans: Your website is very the most informative.
