 8년자경후 농지매각은 양도소득세 100% 면제 Q : 부친이 10년 넘게 농사를 한 농지를 상속받았습니다. 상속으로 취득한 농지를 매각할 경우 양도소득세의 감면이 가능한지 궁금합니다. 제가 아는 바로는 8년 이상 자경한 농지를 매각하면 양도세를 감면해 주는 것으로 알고 있 습니다. 상속으로 취득한 농지를 매각할 경우 피상속인(망자)의 자경 기간을 인정해 주는지요.
