10월25동송이장단 협의회 및 문혜의소대원의 릴레이단식농성을 

시작한 하루이다. 
한탄강은 우리의것임을 강조하시며 백지화 만이 농민이 살길이며 
기름기가 반지르한 철원의 쌀을 생산하며 보존하는 것만이 우리의 
소망이므로 백지화될때까지 끝까지 투쟁할 것임을 두손모아 힘차게 
외치셨다. 
이장님이 단식농성에 나서자 오덕2리 주민들과우정회원이 저녁늦게 
방문하여 평화의 한탄강을 자손만대 지키자며 함께 긴밤을 동참하셨다.
